One-On-One Training

Personal Training services I offer are one-on-one. When working with me you will learn why and how to properly perform exercises to meet your fitness goals and health objectives. In your session the utilization dumbbells, weight machines and body weight as resistance will be applied. In addition nutritional guidance and strategies are applied that will assist you in making better healthier food and beverage choices that is doable and sustainable to what you hope to achieve. A nutrition and fitness assessment is required for all new clients. 

Customized Membership Package is a specialty service that I am now offering to individuals who prefer to exercise in a friendly, feel safe non-intimidating environment. No crowds, complimentary water and towel, plenty of free parking and easy access to freeways, Individuals that choose this service will receive a complete demonstration on how to use cardio machines, stack weight machine etc. prior to using. Please be aware from time to time I may offer helpful suggestions and hints to improve the quality of workout experience, and performance.

Available Monday thru Friday 6:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
