Summer

The Summer Natural Weight Release is a journey of building a healthy immune response system. When summer arrives, she brings with her a host of antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables that protects the health of your body. Foods that are rich in antioxidants which defend and defeat free-radical damage, oxidative stress and inflammation that damage the body, internally and externally.

 

A free-radical is a toxic molecule of oxygen that is unstable and highly reactive which loses an electron because of that action. Electrons come in pairs; if one electron is missing it makes the molecule unstable, like a table that has only three legs. The free-radical molecule goes out and steals an electron from the nearest stable molecule. When this theft of electrons occurs, the process repeats itself over and over. It's like the old saying, "stealing from Peter to pay Paul." More and more free radical damage occurs. The damage causes the cells to mutate. The cells mutate, causing oxidative stress. The mutated cells, over an extended period of time, produce chronic inflammation and premature aging within the body causing symptoms and dis-eases.  Common diseases are type-2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, allergies, constipation, asthma, headaches, arthritis, lupus, anxiety, depression, excessive abdominal weight and more.

 

The Summer Journey is the journey of removing, replacing, and repairing the foods, habits and choices that perpetuate free-radical and oxidative stress that causes chronic inflammation in the body. It is a fact that the primary causes of inflammation are lifestyle choices; poor nutrition, lack of exercise or too much exercise, pesticides and herbicides that are used on crops and the consumption of those foods, pollution, tobacco smoke, chemicals, stress , food additives and preservatives.
